As of 4pm people are still being signed it. In order to expedite the voting process each individual gets signed in at the door with the uOttawa student card. Thus meaning that each person in the room is eligible to vote on each campaign and the student card only recorded once.
As of 4:30 this is still going on!
4:45 – nothing yet
4:50 Everything finally starts to begin. Ted Horton is at the podium with a microphone. The agenda is posted on the screen. They only brought 20 copies of the agenda and each motion: to encourage people to look at the screen.
It is a full room and there are no microphones, so Ted reminds everyone to be quiet to we can all hear.
Adoption of the Agenda motioned by Matt Alteen, seconded by Kenneth Joly (ME!), voted to accept pretty much unanimously.
